i think u have to click on it to activate it, I dont know thats how it wokrd for me I just made a flash file like normal then went to fil> exporte as a movieThen in dreamweaver insert flash file and choose the file. It should work

now theres just a white box where the .flv is when i test it

it should be exported as a flash movie the flash file should be a .flv

when i put my swf. file in dreamweaver then save it as index.html what step am i missing? because when i put the index.html file in my public_html folder the dreamweaver background shows up, but my swf. site doesnt...thanks,Miche

I had the same problem go to file>export movie then save it anywhere it should work then because otherwise it gets saved as an .fla you want it to be saved as a .flv filehope this helped

when I open my page within the browser , there is just a blank space where the flash should appear. Why so ?

What if you have an earlier dreamweaver version?What if you are trying to put a Google video? Or MSvideo on the website?
